Nice room but reception closed at 17:30, so we just got our keys by opening a number locked box nearby reception and hope everyone is getting for their own room based on honest policy. As we came into the room and found no towels in the room, so called to Operator and he asked me to get the towels in the housekeeper office, this experience reminded me on my good old days on Front Desk.
