Celebration... Eating out....

As I mentioned before, we are going to celebrate today, so we decided to go out for dinner just to treat 3 of us (Kit, his brother and myself). We planned to go this Japanese restaurant which serves Teppanyaki, and we were thinking, it's only Monday we shouldn't need to book at table.

Unfortunately, I guess that is just life, whenever I didn't book a table, the restaurant will be closed. This Japanese restaurant just decided to close for one day, which really disappointed us, since we were soo excited to eat in there.

After that, we thought of going to this French restaurant near by, so this time, I've decided to ring and just make sure it is open and to book a table. I've rang the restaurant and the hostess is tell me its full. I cannot believe, a restaurant can be full on Monday evening, there must be something really good about this place or the world just gone mad. Anyways, we were really disappointed and we were up to the point to just go to supermarket, shop for food and cook at home.

At least, we've managed to agree to eat in one of the Mexican restaurant near our house. It was a very nice place, but I guess it wasn't our first choice. Therefore, when people asked me if we had a great birthday with great celebration, I would say, yes I had a great birthday but I wouldn't say I had a great celebration.
