Oxford - Day 1
I've arrived to Oxford yesterday, one thing that is missing in here was the weather, it was cold and raining (which I wasn't prepare for that at all, I was hoping to be sunny and hot). Therefore realised that the clothes that I had was totally wrong, I'll properly freeze to death again (what wrong with me, for the past trip to IOM, I can manage to pack the wrong clothes, and it happened again this time, it's really annoying.
Anyways, my friend picked me up at the train station, as usual the train was late, so I 've arrived 30 minutes later than the expected time. We went to Cafe Noir for dinner (it's one of my favorite restaurant in Oxford and I used to work there). It's been nice to see my ex-colleagues again and to taste the food that I love. Later on, we've tried to find one of my other friend in Oxford, but some reason I just cannot get hold of her at all. I don't have a lot of friends left in Oxford, as most of them either went home after study or went to work somewhere else.
We kinda drove around and I just realise how past memories flashed up, I do miss here but then it just felt so different when you were in the same place, yet the people had moved on.
Still trying to think what to do for today, the weather is really ugly and it wasn't what I was expecting it at all. Perhaps going to chill out in my friends home, or probably go to city center to do some shopping.
Something strange that I've realised, there are a lot of police siren around, even in very late at night and early in the morning. I'm just wondering is there anything to do with London or it just happen to be one of those night in Oxford.
Anyways, I won't be posting posts in my travel blog, since I don't think it is a travel, this trip is just to see my long miseed friends.
